adequate stay with minor drawbacks

superb location murano glass broken tv dead lamp

the location was superb i was close to a vaporetto stop and the lively strada nova was nearby i found it convenient. the room faced a canal i had marble floors murano glass chandeliers and fabric walls it felt very special

the tv just did not work at all we had asked for a fix it was still broken later. the lamp above the mirror in the bathroom was also out

helpful staff super clean room thoughtful amenities

wow, i was thrilled i could drop my luggage off early! when my beautiful double or twin room canal view became available, the staff brought my things up. the room itself was super clean! it had all the little things i needed.

The shower was a bit small. I bumped my elbows a couple times. It was still a fun experience!

easy check-in large room faulty switch exposed wires

The location was easy to find, and i appreciated its closeness to many restaurants! i also liked the room a lot. It was large and very clean. check-in was easy too.

I had some trouble with the heating. the first night, it didn't work, so i was cold, but the second night, it was constantly on. The room was too hot. the light switch by my bed seemed faulty with exposed wires.

Really good Stay Near Strada Nova

vaporetto station private atmosphere clean shower

The location offered easy access to a vaporetto station. Proximity to Strada Nova with its shops and restaurants was very convenient. The hotel maintained a notably private atmosphere despite being close to activity. The room included everything needed for a comfortable stay and a nice, clean shower.

The heating system located one floor below made the room quite hot. Adjusting the temperature was difficult. It would be helpful if the hotel provided clear instructions in multiple languages near the heating device.

The staff demonstrated accommodating behavior . Communication with the hotel proved excellent. The process for accessing our key and room after hours was notably simple and easy. the service provided was high quality.

quiet street river boat romantic view perfect location

the location worked perfectly for me. it was on a quiet street. it was also very close to shops and river boats. the canal view was beautiful and romantic.

the wall was shared with the laundry room so i could hear it.

Excellent Stay with Venetian Charm

spacious room canal view

The location proved excellent, situated ideally between quieter areas and the central area. A gondola stop across to the market provided convenient access. Our room was spacious and very clean, accompanied by a pleasing canal view. I appreciated the marble floors, the Murano glass chandeliers, and the fabric walls.

The room I received differed from the listing, with only a small window facing a dark courtyard. This absence of natural light required constant use of artificial lighting. Unpleasant odors occasionally emanated from the courtyard, thus preventing me from opening the window for fresh air.

A main street with eateries is very close by, providing various options. The room included a coffee maker with doses, in addition to a kettle and tea. I also found a wine bottle opener available for my convenience.

The location allowed for convenient exploration. The Rialto Bridge is within an eight-minute walk. Proximity to the waterbus stop made arrival and departure straightforward. Walking to the train station allowed me to see more of the area.

The staff proved helpful and responsive . Easy self check-in instructions made arrival seamless. Leaving my bags before and after check-in and out posed no issue and added convenience to my travel plans.
